How to help you nurture your childs love of music

How to help you nurture your child's love of music

You think they love music because they keep singing or when you play music, they sway along. If your child likes music, cultivate a love of music from an early age.

At 4 years old, Ly loves to sing. Sitting in the car, the baby sings. Before going to bed, the baby also sang. She sings all kinds of children's music that the teacher teaches at school or the music her grandmother plays for her every day. However, at the age of 7, the baby no longer has this habit. The school's performance team is not intended for grade 2 children. The cultural house and children's home are far from home, while the music center near the house has high tuition fees. Therefore, her parents could not afford to take Ly to music school. This may have lost the child's passion for singing.

So how to nurture your love of singing or help your children develop their real talents?

Joy and disappointment

Just like in sports, to be able to play an instrument or to sing well, children need to have a serious learning process. However, children only seriously learn when they are happy with that. If your child doesn't like it and you keep pressing it, it won't do any good. Therefore, even though your child doesn't like to play musical instruments, you think music is good for them, so you force them to learn. Learning only becomes easy when children feel comfortable with what they are doing.

For example, you keep making your children learn the violin because you admire the artist Bui Cong Duy . However, when it was time to drive her children to school, she kept nagging about not going. Every hour of music lessons for children is like a torture. After that, she found excuses to stop going to class. Not only is this wasting time for you and your baby, but it is also ineffective.

Observe your baby every day

When you want to register your child for extracurricular classes, you need to pay attention to the child's talents. If your child is gifted in music, then they can achieve success. However, it is not easy to identify gifted children in any field. Therefore, you can only determine through your child's everyday expressed interests.

Some children dream of becoming a playwright, while others enjoy the sounds of musical instruments. You may like children to play the flute but they like to play the drums. This is normal. However, to choose, you should follow the things that children like. As they grow up, let them decide for themselves whether or not to continue pursuing the music path. No one knows what will happen, some will like it but others will quit after a few years.

After all, you should encourage your child to follow his or her passion and make music a part of their lives in many different ways. You can let your child learn on their own or let them join entertainment clubs at school. If not, you can also have your child attend some cultural home theater classes. If your child likes to sing and compose, please take the time to enjoy his or her work.
