Help your baby eat delicious

Not only the ingredients of the meal, but the surroundings and feeding style also affect a lot if your baby likes to eat and eat well, moms!

How can my baby be more interested in eating?
Your baby will love to eat if it makes him feel comfortable and happy. Mom should let baby show what he likes and what he wants to avoid. Don't force your baby to finish or even try everything. Anyway, some of your baby's eating habits are just temporary now. If possible, let your baby eat in a high chair and stay away from distractions such as television. Mom also needs to focus when feeding baby. To make the meal more fun, moms can add a little fun to the meal with the sound effects from a spoon or chatter to your baby about food stuck on their fingers or scattered on the tray.

Can your baby eat what other family members are eating?
By the end of the 9th month, your baby will be able to get used to some pureed foods. Try offering a small amount of food that is crushed or ground into crumbs, free of potential ingredients that can cause allergies or other problems in babies. Avoid giving baby foods that are too hot can cause burns. As kids get older, they can love all kinds of flavors they ever hated. Your baby will probably be very interested in the foods you eat simply because you are eating them!

Does eating out make the baby more delicious and like to eat?
Obviously things will be easier when you do not have to prepare food or clean up the mess your baby causes. You should choose spacious, quiet and non-smoking restaurants so as not to disturb your baby.
