Breakfast for babies and things you need to pay attention to

Nearly all of us understand the importance of baby breakfast for the health of our children. However, not everyone knows the correct way for children to eat breakfast.

Here are the common mistakes of parents when preparing baby breakfast that you should pay attention to avoid to give your baby a healthy eating habits and the best breakfast.

1. Do not use overnight food:
Due to being busy with too many tasks and limited time, many mothers prepare food or take advantage of the remaining food from dinner to breakfast for baby. This can save you time, but it is not good for your family's health.

Because some dishes, especially vegetables, when left overnight can produce some carcinogens and adversely affect human health. In addition, when feeding your baby overnight food, you must heat it up or cook it thoroughly otherwise it could cause your baby to have trouble all day with digestive problems.

2. Say no to fast food:
Hamburgers, fried chicken wings, or cold sandwiches, sausages, ... are simple, time-saving dishes that are very convenient for you. However, these dishes are absolutely not beneficial for the health of children. Because these are foods containing a lot of fat, it is easy to cause obesity .

Breakfast for babies and things you need to pay attention to

Breakfast is an important meal, you should try to take the time to prepare breakfast for your baby

In particular, with foods with high fat content when fried, the nutrients in the food are destroyed a lot, and are capable of producing carcinogens. In addition, greasy foods are difficult to digest, making your child always feel full and uncomfortable.

3. Don't just feed your baby breakfast with snacks:
No matter how rush you are, don't "fire" breakfast for your baby with snacks available in the refrigerator such as: a few slices of bread, biscuits, chocolates or snacks, ... Because these foods do not provide enough energy for children to study and play in the morning.

Besides, dry foods such as bread slices, or biscuits are not good for the baby's digestive system, and do not help the baby's body to replenish the necessary amount of water.

4. Avoid baby walking and eating:
This is also a "trick" for parents to save time, but letting your baby walk on the road while "gnawing" food is completely not good for the baby's digestion. Because at this time, food is "attached" to dust, bacteria while moving. Moreover, the baby's breakfast in this kind of "running around" makes the baby's spirit uncomfortable, absorption is also affected.

To limit the above mistakes, you should arrange a reasonable time for the whole family, and prepare a menu for breakfast right from the night before.
