Meat and fish of all kinds: 3-4 tablespoons / day for ages 7-12 months

Cheese: 1 capsule / serving

Breast milk and formula and dairy products: Still the main foods for your baby. The total amount of milk, yogurt and cheese used by baby every day is from 700 ml to 1000 ml depending on the specific needs of each baby.
