150g sugar

180ml coconut milk

Roast the powdered flask with pandan leaves over low heat. If roasted with too much fire, the powder is easily burnt, turning yellow will lose the natural aroma of the flask.

Perform

Crack all the prepared chicken eggs into a large bowl. Use a spatula to beat the eggs evenly until fluffy, then add sugar. Beat the sugar and eggs until mixture bubbles, stop. Put a drop of eggs in a cup of water. If the egg does not melt, it is satisfactory.

Put the starch powder, tapioca, and vanilla in a large bowl, mix well. Slowly add 300ml of filtered water to the dough so that the dough does not clump. When the dough has just saturated with water, stop adding more water to avoid becoming dough.

Knead the dough for 1-2 minutes, then slowly add the egg mixture. Stir the eggs thoroughly with the flour so that the dough becomes a viscous, viscous form. In case the amount of eggs is not enough to make the dough mixture, you can continue to knead more with water.

Wash and dry the cake mold, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to avoid sticking the cake. Place the mold in the steamer, steam the mold.
