1. Bridge pose

4. Lean over to touch toes

Repeat this movement but switch sides.

2. Twisting people

Stand upright, feet shoulder-width apart, arms outstretched, palms facing down. Turn to the left, eyes with left hand, inhale. Slowly return to the starting position, breathing out. Repeat this movement but switch sides.

3. Run in place

Stand up straight, hit your left hand while pulling your right leg up. Then, hit the right hand with the left leg. Do this 15 times.

4. Clap your hands

Stand up straight, raise your hands up, breathe in, lower your hands down, touch each other, under your buttocks, exhale. Repeat this movement 3 - 5 times.

5. Walk on a rope

Thinking in front of you is a rope. Walk on this rope. Count to 20. Stop for a bit, and repeat.

6. Hummingbird exercise

Stand up straight, tilt your head, and squeeze your stomach. Extend your arms sideways so that your elbows are at a 90 degree angle. Then move arms from front to back in a rhythmic manner while swaying back and forth. Count to 10.

7. Butterfly motions

Stand up straight, pull your stomach in. Fold your hands together and place them on the back of your neck. Tilt your head back slowly and count to 2. Relax and breathe regularly. Repeat this 3 times.

8. Rock singer moves

Stand up straight, legs spread wider than shoulder width apart, arms held sideways, tummy tuck. Then rotate the whole body from left to right, including both hands. Gravity is on the knees. Do this for 15 reps.

9. Triangles

Stand up straight, arms raised and tummy tight. Leaning to the left, right hand still straight, left arm down so that elbow rested on left knee. Left leg dropped. You will have a feeling of muscle tension. Return to starting position. Switch sides. Do this 10 reps on each side.

Neck exercises help children increase height
