For children from 2-3 years old: 1 cup of 250ml;

For children 4 years old: 2 + 1/2 cup 250ml.

For children from 2-3 years old

1/2 glass of milk for breakfast, 1/2 box of yogurt snacks, 1 piece of cheese for lunch, 1/2 glass of milk at night;

1/2 cup of milk in the morning, 1 piece of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of milk at night and 1/2 a box of cold yogurt for dessert;

For children 4 years old

The protein
