-Step 1: Put white sugar in the non-stick pot with a little clean water enough to wet the sugar. Heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar turns brown.
-Step 2: Continue to add lemon juice and a little cold water and stir until the mixture boils and thickens, then cook.
-Step 3: Pour the caramel mixture into the cake mold, just pour it into a thin layer, about 1/8 of the mold.

-220ml unsweetened fresh milk
-200ml of filtered water
-3 cheese Belcube
-1 carton of yogurt with basic sugar
Making:
-Step 1: Peeled cheese, mash with spoon, stir well
a mixture of condensed milk, fresh milk and filtered water.
-Step 2: Heat the mixture gently, stir well until the milk and cheese are dissolved together. Note the fire broth so that the mixture is just warm, then turn off the heat. Gently pour the yeasted yogurt into the milk mixture and stir gently to blend the mixture.
-Step 3: Filter the mixture through the sieve to make the milk smooth and pour into each small jar. Cover the jars and bring them to warm water for about 6-7 hours.
