Low fat milk is not suitable as the main drink for babies under 2 years old. Mom can gradually practice for babies after 2 years old to help babies get used to many different foods. Skimmed milk is not suitable for babies under 5 years old.

Food group such as sweets, chocolates, cakes, carbonated drinks, savory cakes .. belong to the food group located at the top of the nutrition tower.
You should not let this food group become part of your baby's daily diet. Sweet foods or drinks are not good for a baby's teeth.
