You can use steroid topicals, but consult your doctor first to make sure your baby is safe.

Varicose and spider veins

Pregnant women have more female hormones estrogen and blood than normal, affecting the veins. Small plaques, called spider veins, can rise on the skin of a pregnant woman's face, neck, and arms.

This situation is not harmful to pregnant women and will fade after giving birth, so you shouldn't be too worried.

Pressure from the uterus can cause the blood vessels to swell and can cause pain, called varicose veins. Go for a walk, keep your feet up, and use medical socks to help minimize this.
